At Kintex, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible — and we're proud to offer free shipping on every UK order. Please find below all the information regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.
1. Free Shipping on All UK Orders
We offer free standard shipping across the entire United Kingdom — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees at checkout. Whether you order one Kintex Motion Strap or a family bundle, your delivery is always on us.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other remote UK areas, additional delivery time may apply. Please contact us at support@kintex.co for specific enquiries.
4. Delivery Times
Standard UK Delivery: 7 to 10 working days from dispatch.
Estimated delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, postal service performance, and seasonal demand (Christmas, Black Friday, sales periods).
While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your unique tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@kintex.co.
6. Delivery Issues
Lost or delayed parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days after dispatch, please contact our support team at support@kintex.co. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Damaged parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address modifications must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.
7. Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel (no one home, incorrect address, refused delivery), it will either be left at a safe place, with a neighbour, or returned to a local depot. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier on the delivery card.
Parcels returned to us due to failed delivery may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
8. Public Holidays
Please note that orders placed on UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Delivery times may also be slightly extended around major holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, and bank holiday weekends.
