6. Placing an Order

12. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@kintex.co within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will send you a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — at your choice.
Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
